IPG aims to display product images, colours, sizes, paper texture, packaging, wording, and product details as accurately as possible. However, due to screen settings, photography lighting, printing results, paper materials, production batches, and handmade or production differences, the actual product may vary slightly from the images shown on the website.

All product images are for reference only. The actual product shall prevail. Reasonable and minor differences will not be considered product defects.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order on this website, you confirm that all order information, contact details, shipping address, and payment information provided are true, accurate, and complete.

Orders will only be processed after payment has been successfully confirmed. IPG reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or amend any order for reasons including, but not limited to, pricing errors, stock errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, system errors, or other reasonable business reasons.

All prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website. Shipping fees, taxes, duties, import charges, GST, VAT, customs fees, or other local charges may be shown at checkout or may be charged separately by customs, delivery providers, or relevant authorities.

5. Shipping

IPG will arrange shipping according to the order information provided by the customer. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by delivery providers, customs, weather, public holidays, strikes, natural events, or other circumstances outside IPG’s control.

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, any delay, returned parcel, loss, or additional cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

6. Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been fulfilled, shipped, or handed to the delivery provider.

Once an order has been fulfilled, dispatched, handed to the delivery provider, or marked as shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

IPG reserves the right to refuse a cancellation request if the order has already entered the packing, fulfilment, dispatch, or delivery process.

All images, photographs, artworks, card designs, product designs, trademarks, brand names, written content, graphics, packaging designs, layouts, historical materials, product photos, and other creative content on this website are owned by or licensed to IPG and are protected by copyright, trademark, design, and other intellectual property laws.

Purchasing an IPG product only gives the customer ownership of the physical product purchased. It does not transfer any copyright, photographic right, artwork right, image right, design right, trademark right, licensing right, reproduction right, or commercial usage right.

Without prior written permission from International Photo Group / IPG, no person may copy, download, screenshot, repost, reproduce, edit, crop, recolour, trace, redraw, imitate, modify, create derivative works from, print, sell, license, commercially use, advertise with, use for AI training, use in datasets, use for machine learning, use for NFTs, use for digital assets, use for merchandise production, or otherwise make any second use of IPG images, photographs, artworks, designs, products, brand materials, or website content.

IPG reserves the right to take legal action against any unauthorised use of its images, photographs, artworks, designs, brand name, trademarks, or website content.

9. Personal Use and Commercial Use Restrictions

Unless IPG gives prior written permission, IPG products are sold for personal gifting, collecting, display, and ordinary personal use only.

Customers must not use IPG products, images, designs, brand content, or website materials for unauthorised commercial sales, reproduction, publishing, promotion, brand collaboration, advertising, wholesale, licensing, exhibitions, or any other commercial purpose.

For wholesale, licensing, publishing, image use, brand collaboration, corporate gifting, cultural projects, or exhibition enquiries, please contact IPG by email and obtain written approval in advance.
