International Photo Group / IPG carefully prepares and packs every order with care. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During busy periods, product launches, public holidays, or special promotions, order processing may take longer.

2. Shipping Locations

IPG ships to the locations available at checkout. Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination, courier service, product type, and order details.

If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery destination, order weight, order value, and selected shipping method.

Any free shipping offer, if available, will be shown clearly on the website or at checkout.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination and delivery provider.

Delivery times shown on the website or at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, weather, public holidays, peak seasons, strikes, natural events, or other circumstances outside IPG’s control.

5. Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Import Charges

For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, GST, VAT, customs handling fees, or other local charges required by the destination country or region.

These charges are not controlled by IPG and may be collected by customs authorities, delivery providers, or relevant local authorities.

Customers are responsible for checking any import rules, duties, taxes, or restrictions that may apply in their delivery location before placing an order.

6. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

IPG is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, returned parcels, lost parcels, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to IPG due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for any re-delivery costs.

7. Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after the order has been shipped.

Please allow time for the tracking information to update after the parcel has been handed to the delivery provider.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Returned Parcels

IPG is not responsible for delays caused by delivery providers, customs, public holidays, weather, natural events, strikes, or other circumstances outside IPG’s control.

If your parcel appears to be delayed, lost, or returned, please contact us and we will review the situation where possible. We may need to contact the delivery provider before confirming the next step.

9. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel or product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the order.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the outer packaging

  • Clear photos of the damaged product

  • A short description of the issue

After review, IPG may offer a replacement, refund, exchange, or another suitable solution where appropriate.

10. Failed Delivery or Unclaimed Parcels

If a parcel cannot be delivered because the customer is unavailable, refuses delivery, provides an incorrect address, or fails to collect the parcel within the delivery provider’s required time, the parcel may be returned to IPG.

In such cases, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping, re-delivery fees, or other related costs.

11. Product Packaging

IPG carefully packs paper products, cards, envelopes, stickers, and related items to help protect them during delivery. However, minor marks or handling on outer shipping packaging may occur during transit and will not be considered a product defect unless the product itself is damaged.
