Product Information
What is included with each card?
Each single IPG art card usually includes one 15 × 15 cm square art card, an exclusively designed envelope, a design matching sticker and a clear potation sleeve unless otherwise stated on the product page. Some collections may include additional packaging, stickers, protective sleeves, or special presentation details. Please refer to the individual product page for the exact contents.
Are the cards blank inside?
Yes. IPG cards are blank inside, allowing you to write your own message freely. Each card is designed for personal notes, blessings, thank-you messages, encouragement, festive greetings, or any words you wish to share.
What size are IPG art cards?
Unless otherwise stated, IPG art cards are 15 × 15 cm square cards. This format is suitable for writing, gifting, framing, display, and collecting.
Where are your products manufactured?
The manufacturing location may vary depending on the product collection. Our current card collections are proudly produced in Hong Kong. However, future collections or selected products may be manufactured in other locations depending on production requirements, materials, and availability.
Is an envelope included?
Yes. Each single IPG art card usually comes with a matching envelope, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Can I frame or display the card?
Yes. IPG cards are designed not only to be sent, but also to be kept, framed, displayed on a desk, placed on a shelf, or collected as small art pieces.
Orders & Payment
How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly through our online store by selecting your product, adding it to your cart, and completing checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, but changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order has been processed or shipped.
What should I do if I entered the wrong address?
Please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will try our best to update the delivery address.
If the order has already been shipped, IPG may not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods will be shown at checkout and may vary depending on your location and store settings.

How long does order processing take?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During new product launches, festive seasons, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide, but shipping fee could be vary from location. Available shipping destinations and delivery options are shown at checkout.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, order weight, packaging, and selected shipping method.
Returns & Refunds
What is the returnCan I return my order?
As IPG products are paper goods, art products, and gift items, we generally do not accept returns due to change of mind. This includes selecting the wrong design, no longer needing the product, or minor colour differences caused by screen settings. policy?
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Clear photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will review the case and may offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable arrangement depending on the situation.
Can I return a card that has been opened or written on?
No. Products that have been opened, used, written on, or damaged after delivery are generally not eligible for return, unless the product was already defective or incorrect upon arrival.
How long does a refund take?
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
Product Appearance
Will the actual colour be exactly the same as the website images?
We make every effort to present product colours accurately. However, due to differences in screen settings, photography lighting, print batches, and paper texture, the actual colour may vary slightly. Minor colour differences are normal and are not considered product defects.
Are the props shown in product photos included?
No. Frames, books, flowers, pens, trays, tables, or other styling props shown in product photos are for photography purposes only, unless clearly stated on the product page.

Do you offer bulk orders or corporate gifting?
Yes. IPG welcomes bulk orders, corporate gifting, custom card requests, licensing, and creative collaboration enquiries. Our cards are suitable for cultural gifts, festive gifting, event souvenirs, corporate clients, galleries, bookstores, boutiques, and special occasions.
Can I request custom cards?
Yes. We welcome custom card enquiries for events, businesses, organisations, and special occasions.Please note that custom orders are subject to minimum order quantity requirements. Contact us with your idea, estimated quantity, timeline, and any design or branding requirements, and we will be happy to discuss the available options.
